With experience in Talent Management, Sales, Marketing and Coaching experience, Farah Bernier leads Human Resources for Google’s Global Affairs Legal Organization. In this role, she is responsible for leading talent initiatives to further attract, retain, develop and advance historically underrepresented professionals in the technology industry.
Ms. Bernier consults with senior leaders in the organization to
assess both business and individual progression along the diversity
and inclusion engagement continuum and partners across leadership
teams to define and execute on agreed upon team strategies to
increase diversity and foster more inclusive working
environments.
Additionally, as a certified professional coach, Ms. Bernier
frequently delivers workshops on cultural dexterity, personal
branding, and other various professional development focus
areas.
Her motto around operating with confidence and authenticity is “living fabulously fierce through intentional self-discovery, self-definition and self-distinction”.
In her spare time, Farah enjoys traveling, reading, writing, photography, reflecting and releasing stress through running.
Ms. Bernier is a graduate of Boston College’s Carroll School of Management, earned her MBA in Global Studies and Entrepreneurship from Babson College, and her CPC and ELI-MP through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching.
